A separate sealed realm within/adjacent to Wintermoon, reachable only by portal, and the witches’ and warlocks’ own territory. Also holds a spell over Wintermoon’s waters — the leverage that secured Kade’s deal with the human government. Streets paved with glowing, shifting runes; no cars or machines; witches fly on broomsticks; families drift overhead in billowing robes; vendors levitate glowing fruit and enchant herbs.
